OLD Jetting SpecS
If you have an older style Alba Pipe like the one shown here below are listed the jetting specs that were accepted at the time the pipe was in production.

There are many factors that effect jetting – motor modification, parts installed, temperature, humidity, type of gas, elevation, type of riding are some examples of elements that can effect proper jetting. The jetting specs listed here is designed to work well from sea level to approx 3000’, in the climate of Southern California. Adjustments to specs listed should be made if the vehicle is not going to be operated under these conditions. Any further questions please ask.
Needle clip position is always counted from top of needle as assembled in carb Air screw / fuel screw settings are counted from screw turned in until lightly seated then backed out per spec.

Raptor 660 Old School Pipe with Lid On
Alba Pipe Kit with Disc Pack and Air Box Lid On

• Main Jet Right Carb 150 (supplied in kit)
• Main Jet Left Carb 145 (jet removed from Right carb)
• Pilot Jet - Stock
• Alba Raptor Needle 4th Clip (requires 2) (shim stack remains stock - Placement from top to bottom [Gold Spacer, Needle Clip, White Spacer, Silver Spacer])
• Fuel Screw - 3 turns (approx)
• Remove snorkel from air box lid
• Relocate Elbo
  • Remove elbow from snorkel,
  • Drill hole in air box lid at air inlet
  • Insert elbow into hole & install breather hose to elbow
• Lid stays on air box

Suggest: air filter adaptor kit with filter (better seal between air box and air filter)

Must use filter adapter kit (stock filter requires use of lid to hold filter in place. Lid is removed with this kit)

• Main Jet Right Carb - 155
• Main Jet Left Carb - 150
• Pilot Jet - Stock
• Alba Raptor Needle 4th Clip (requires 2) (shim stack remains stock - Placement from top to bottom [Gold Spacer, Needle Clip, White Spacer, Silver Spacer])
• Fuel Screw 1 1/2 Turns (approx)
• Install Filter (PART #UP-123) On To Crankcase Breather Tube
• Secure Filter to Frame

DS 650 With Disc Pack

• Main Jet - 167.5
• Pilot Jet - Stock
• Stock Needle - Stock Clip Position
• Fuel Screw 3 Turns (approx)

Suggest: K&N or Foam Filter (Stock paper filter can not be cleaned and is expensive to replace, K&N or Foam filter can be cleaned and reused)

DS 650 Open End Cap

• Pilot Jet - 48
• Alba DS 650 Needle 3rd Clip
• Fuel Screw 3 Turns (approx)
• Remove rubber seal from air box lid area – will not run correctly if this step is omitted

Suggest: K&N or Foam Filter (Stock paper filter can not be cleaned and is expensive to replace, K&N or Foam filter can be cleaned and reused)

• Main Jet - 142
• Pilot Jet 22.5 (stock)
• Alba LTZ Needle 3rd Clip
  Shim stack remains stock - (Shim stack from top to bottom-Silver spacer, needle clip, white spacer, gold spacer)
• Fuel Screw 3 Turns (approx)
• Remove Snorkel for Air Box Lid

Suggest: Air Filter Adaptor with Air Filter (Better Seal Between Air Box and Filter)

• Main Jet - 150
• Pilot Jet 25
• Alba LTZ Needle 4th Clip
• Shim stack remains stock - (Shim stack from top to bottom-Silver spacer, needle clip, white spacer, gold spacer)
• Fuel Screw 3 Turns (approx)
