• Main Jet 300
• Pilot Jet 32.5
• Alba needle @ 4th clip
• Air screw 1 1/2 (approx) turns
• Remove air box lid

Suggest: air filter adaptor kit with filter (better seal between air box and air filter)

Blaster FMF Pipe

• Main Jet 240-260
• Pilot 35
• Alba Blaster Needle (stock Banshee Needle) / 4th clip
• Air screw 1 1/2 to 2 turns
• Remove Snorkel From Air Box

Warrior Pipe Kit With Disc Pack

• Main Jet 147.5
• Pilot Jet 50
• Stock Needle - Stock Clip Position
• Fuel Screw - 2 Turns (approx)
• Install Torque Stuffer to Head Pipe at Cylinder
• Drill 3 1-Inch Holes in Air-Box Lid

Suggest: air filter adaptor kit with filter (better seal between air box and air filter)

Warrior Pipe Kit With Open End Cap

• Main Jet 155
• Pilot Jet 50
• Stock Needle - Stock Clip Position
• Fuel Screw - 2 Turns (approx)
• Install Torque Stuffer to Head Pipe at Cylinder
• Drill 3 1-Inch Holes in Air-Box Lid

Suggest: air filter adaptor kit with filter (better seal between air box and air filter)

Raptor 350 Pipe Kit With Open End Cap

• Main Jet 145
• Pilot Jet 25
• Stock Needle - Stock Clip Position
• Fuel Screw - 2 Turns (approx)
• Install Torque Stuffer to Head Pipe at Cylinder
• Must Drill 3 1-Inch Holes in Air-Box Lid

Jetting Specs for Older Style Alba Raptor 660 Pipes

Raptor 660
Alba Pipe Kit with Open End Cap and Air Box Lid Off

Must use filter adapter kit
(stock filter requires use of lid to hold filter in place. Lid is removed with this kit)

• Main Jet Right Carb - 160
• Main Jet Left Carb - 155
• Pilot Jet - Stock
• Alba Raptor Needle 4th Clip (requires 2) (shim stack remains stock - Placement from top to bottom [Gold Spacer, Needle Clip, White Spacer, Silver Spacer])
• Fuel Screw 1 1/2 Turns (approx)
• Install Filter (PART #UP-123) On To Crankcase Breather Tube
• Secure Filter to Frame

Raptor 660 with built motor
IMPORTANT: This Jetting Is For Modified Raptor With Piston, Cam, Porting, Alba Pipe Kit With Open End Cap, Filter Adapter With Filter –May Not Work With Other Set-Ups

• Main Jet Right Carb - 170
• Main Jet Left Carb - 165
• Pilot Jet - 32.5 (requires 2)
• Alba Raptor Needle 3rdClip (requires 2) (shim stack remains stock - Placement from top to bottom [Gold Spacer, Needle Clip, White Spacer, Silver Spacer])
• Fuel Screw 1 1/2 Turns (approx)
• Install Filter (PART #UP-123) On To Crankcase Breather Tube
• Secure Filter to Frame
• Diaphram Springs (Requires 2 PART #4KM-14933-00-00) Install with Existing Springs - One In Each Carb
• Do Not Reinstall Air Box Lid

YFZ 450 '04-'05

• Dynojet Needle 5th Clip (DN0711)

• Remove entier top of air box (Must cut the entire horizontal portion of air box using the frame as a guide - do not cut sides of box)

Suggest: K&N or Foam Filter (Stock paper filter can not be cleaned and is expensive to replace, K&N or Foam filter can be cleaned and reused)

• Cherry Bomb - Fuel Control module not needed
• Stock or modified air box
