| Motor Kit Details: |
High
Compression Stock Bore Piston: We
have designed a piston with an optimum compression
ratio of 12:1 – (stock is 9.1:1). At 12.1
you must run high-octane race fuel. This motor kit has 2 piston options. A +2mm with 88mm Stroker crank or a +5mm bore.
The Big Bore will be a quick, high reving engine best suited to racing. The Stroker will provide a steady and broad power delivery with more torque. In addition, the +2mm bore leaves a bit of room for an additional rebuild should you need it. |
Custom
Crafted Alba Camshaft; We worked
closely with Web Cam to develop the best all around camshaft
possible for the 720cc motor configuration. We went thru several designs before finding
the “perfect grind”. Note that you must send
us your old cam or there will be a core charge. |

Custom Head Porting: The stock
Rhino head is not designed for performance. We use both
epoxy and porting to redesign the intake and exhaust
ports. There is no room for guesswork when porting –
once done there is no turning back. That’s why
the research – to assure you of just the right
design for optimum flow. We tested many combinations
and found that the Rhino head ports need to be totally
reshaped to build up new ports. We tested several epoxies
to ensure a proper match with the head material, assuring
it remains powerful and problem free. This is very similar
to what is used in Formula 1 and NASCAR race engines
to extract every bit of power. When the head is finished
we match the parts on your intake manifold to the head
to ensure maximum flow and serious horsepower gains.
