ALBA TERMS AND CONDITITIONS
for parts and accessories
Team Alba regrets any typographical
errors that may occur in price or description. We reserve
the right to correct errors at the time of purchase. Occassionaly,
the shipping carrier may impose additional fuel, special handling
or remote destination charges that are not calculated by our
web site. If there is a variance in the total shipping amount,
you will be notified prior to shipping.
RETURNS:
- We do business
on a very simple idea. If you’re not 100% satisfied
with our products, price, or service, we’ll give your
money back. Just return any new or unused part to us within
30 days from the date it was shipped to you, and we’ll
refund the full purchase price. (Except for shipping charges
which are not refundable).
- No refunds will be given on special orders-be
sure what you order is what you want.
- If you should need to return an
order:
• Call our customer service for a return authorization
number.
• Print and complete the merchandise
returns form. (PDF)
• Be sure to include the complete form with your return.
• Be sure that you have included the return authorization
on the form.
• Whenever possible, please return part in original
box with the invoice number clearly marked on the outside.
• All returns must be sent prepaid - no collect shipments
will be accepted. If we shipped you the wrong part we will
reimburse you for the shipping costs. It’s a good
idea to insure the returned part(s) for full value to protect
yourself against loss.
• We strongly suggest you ship the return by United
Parcel Ground Service (UPS) or U.S. Mail. All truck freight
returns and foreign returns must be authorized in advance.
Please contact us before shipping. No bus shipments accepted.
• No air freight returns will be accepted without
prior authorization.
UPS Damages: If under $100 please contact
Alba Customer Service, if damages are over $100 please call
UPS at 800.PICK.UPS (800.742.5877) and request a damage
inspection.
- All refunds will require up to 10 days to
process.
- Note: Any
part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used,
installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions
and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or shipping
by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund
or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge
a restocking fee or refuse any exceptions.
- About Product Warranties:
• Most parts are warranted by the manufacturer, for
a specified period of time from the date of purchase unless
otherwise specified. Parts used for racing or competition
are warranted against manufacturers’ defects only.
Many have no warranty at all. They are not warranted for
wear or breakage under any other circumstance. Generally,
there is no warranty on electrical parts. If you have any
questions about warranties, please contact our Customer
Service Department.
- Liability Clause:
Alba Action Sports liability
for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever,
is limited to full refund of the purchase price, or at our
option, repair or replacement of part(s). Alba Action Sports
shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental
damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation
or exclusion may not apply to you.
