Regarding International Orders

We recommend contacting an Alba Dealer in your country or region. However, if you are unable to find a dealer near by, we will be happy to work witih you.

Checking Prices and Placing an Order
Thank you for your interest in Alba Action Sports and Team Alba Racing products. For international customers, you can find the price your order in US$ on our web site at www.albaaction.com. Choose the items you are interested in an click the add to order button. When you are finished selecting items click check out. Select World Wide Express or Expedited in the shipping options. Enter your address and select the correct country. Click Submit Data to display pricing. If you would like to purchase the parts, click Send.

Processing the Order
Unfortunately we do not accept international credit cards. When you place orders, enter all zeros for a credit card number and enter 01-01 for an expiration date. Write, “Attn. Nate and Paypal or Wire transfer”, in the comments section. Transfer payment to one of the accounts mentioned in the end of this e-mail. We will process your order as soon as your payment is verified. We recommend writing your confirmation number and e-mail address in the notes section for your Paypal or wire transfer. Please make sure to enter a valid e-mail address when place your order because this will be our point of contact.

Payment Information
I recommend sending an e-mail to nates@albaaction.com when you have completed the transfer. This will help me locate your order and transfer. Remember that our internet site does not indicate the on-hand quanity. Some items may require special orders. We try to keep the items you see adverized in stock but we occasionally run in to production problems. I will send an e-mail to let you know the status of your order when payment has been confirmed and your order has been placed. I will send an e-mail that will include your tracking number for your shipment when your order leaves our location.

Our Pay Pal account is paypal@albaaction.com. If you choose to use PayPal, please include your confirmation number so we can reference your transaction. You must have a PayPal account in order to use this feature. PayPal accounts usually require 3 days to set up. Visit www.paypal.com for more info. Paypal will exchange currency and will allow you to pay with a credit card. PayPal transfers can be verified immediately and require no additional fees.

If you would like to pay by Wire Transfer, please contact us for account information. Please also note that there is a $24 security fee you must include with your transfer. Please contact nates@albaaction.com for complete details on wire transfer.

Wire transfers typically require three working days to verify. If you fax or e-mail the transaction receipt, I can usually speed up your order. Thank you again for your interest. We look forward to doing business with you.
